Christopher Titmuss
Christopher ist einer der erfahrensten westlichen Dharmalehrer, Mitbegründer des Zentrums Gaia-House und leitet seit ca. 30 Jahren weltweit Meditationskurse. Er war buddhistischer Mönch in Indien und Thailand. Seine Lehren betonen die innere Freiheit, tiefe Meditation und Selbsterforschung. Außerdem hat ein Ausbildungsprogramm für Dharmahelfer in Europa gegründet.
Er ist Autor zahlreicher Bücher. Unter anderem: „Die Erleuchtung ist anders als du denkst“ Waldhaus-Verlag.

We need to develop our inner power rather than feel powerless, indecisive or reactive.
Power emerges from unification of our whole being, focussing on a priority and engaging in a level of boldness. The Buddha referred to four areas to develop inner power - awareness, meditation, energy and reflection.
We apply our power to ethics, love, action and wisdom. Our inner power supports ourselves and the wellbeing of others.
In these two retreats, we will share days of silent meditation, time for personal reflection, 1-1 with Christopher, daily meditation instructions and teaching. Mindfulness practice applies to: sitting/walking/eating/a mindful work period and listening.
Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators. Translation of instructions/talks/if required. All are welcome.
